 SO, today was a very LONG day. Went to my first “teachers conference”! and it was kinda funny.. but pointless because everything was math related and not science related. But anyways, after the whole thing we just chilled at starbucks, made ridiculous stories while sipping coffee and tea. Good times.

 Here is our very ridiculous story:

One day S,A,K and E were sitting in starbucks.

They were tired and bored so they just sat there.

Then they decided to go to Africa.

In Africa, they opened a book store.

The book shop sold a lot of self-help books.

Which they really needed because they have serious problems.

So they thought about shopping.

They bought really cute bags!!!

They were all kinds of colors like red, blue and white.

Kind of like that American flag which waves in the sky.

And they saw the airplane going down.

But surprisingly they weren’t shocked.

They became shocked however, when this really hot guy came

Because he was staring at them and S said, “I’d tap that hot ass!”

And I said, “wow that gum really does a thing!”

It gave them both a real great high! Lol

And they lived happily ever after =]

anyways, cant wait till thanksgiving! but for now, happy early turkey day=]

I have neglected my blog once again.. for over a month…anddd October is supposed to be my favorite month since IT IS MY BIRTHDAY MONTH…but unfortunately there was no rain on my birthday and so I will not have a lucky year…

Bad luck already showed.. I got my midterm exams back… bitchy advisors for TA…my friend’s think I need anger management… lots of family problems… I don’t think I will go on…

But on a bright note, I had a great birthday… I had a full day of classes from 10 am to 7 pm but my friends and I went to Tangra for a birthday dinner. It was pretty nice and I love everyone who came and then extra credit for those who gave me presents even though I told them not to…

Anyways, I started tutoring my neighbor again, I am starting to take driving lessons and I can’t wait for thanksgiving turkeyyy!

Nothing exciting in my life to talk about (not even a CRUSH!) and so I guess I will end here…

I have totally neglected my blog… sorry lol

Anyways, I have been busy with arabic class, political science class, entertaining guests, hours of hw, friday hang-outs, my china town experience…..etc etc… what a summer! (so far)

At least my classes end in two weeks and thennn i’m free…well to an extent… my relatives from London are coming…so I will probably be busy making tea for the next month!

Family reunions are fun aren’t they?

Anyways.. next week is the paternal family reunion BBQ to celebrate America’s birthday and then on the 5th of July, my daddy’s turning 50! so we are throwing him a surprise party!

p.s. Wanted and Incredible Hulk was sick!!! (in a goood way) and james macavoy is sooo frikken hot =]]…can’t wait till Dark Knight comes out!!

My first year of college is over.. and I don’t think it was as scary as people might make it seem…

It was definitely a BIG change from high school.. where I did very minimum work and still had good grades…

Unfortunately, in college I HAVE TO work and study EVERYDAY..and hopefully next term I will use my breaks more efficiently..

Of course, I would not have been able to get through my retarded classes without my lovely friends.. they made waking up every morning worth it.. because well, everyday was unpredictable because of them..Kristi would be humming a new hindi song everyday, Sharmeen would have new pretty colorful paper to write it.. and I would have a new crush everyday.. lol.. it was fun!!

ohh.. college alsooo made me a starbucks addict… mmm.. caramel frap..darn I want one right now…

Next term my schedule sucks… well I think.. nothing is final yet..but organic chem and cell biology is definitely going to be a killer.. Hunter has NO fun classes so im basically screwed..BUT I have learned to accept it…and I think the college itself is nice..

I have 8 more days to forget all the crap I learned throughout the year and then on June 2, I have summer school… I am taking Arabic and political science..and iono i’m kind of excited and kind of not… I wouldn’t have been doing anything else at home anyways but hopefully my classes don’t make me fall asleep or get worse grades!

After my classes are over, I will be looking forward to my cousins coming from London.. they haven’t been here in 7 years and hopefully I will show them around the city and go to Canada and Florida and crap… let’s hope!

Enough future talk, we painted our house and now the living room and dining room is uber colorful.. all the primary colors- red, blue, yellow- and it doesn’t clash.. that much… it feels like we moved to a new house or something because we bought so much new furniture and did a whole new set up.. but I like changes…

Anyways, for now, I need to clean and organize my room and the rest of the house..AND WATCH MY 136438502 DVD’S that my daddio got me from Bangladesh! wooo

yeah… april 7th.. my 1/2 birthday….AND one year since i started this blog! sad that i havent taken much advantage of it though ….

right now… i should be studying for my biology exam…sooo update later hopefully!

I haven’t updated my blog in forever…just a few updates i guess…

my dad is much better now… he wants to go to BD soon but thats still up in the air.

I am passed my half point for my “aamir khan” new years resolution… I have watched 20 out of 40 movies and I will watch my 21st movie after my exams are over. (first chem test on the 29th and then first biology exam on 3/4)

I watched 3 movies (at the theater) in two weeks! First on valentine’s day I watched JUMPER with my bffl sharmeen..then the next day, friday, i watched DEFINATELY MAYBE with tinu and boris…and then yesterday i watched VANTAGE POINT with nadira, shahana, sharmeen..andd sharmeens bro! so yeah..kinda awkward but at least he’s cool.

umm what else… i’m reading hamlet for english, i dont like my chem teacher, i get to learn about reproduction next week..i had to write a 6 page reflection and have an 8 page paper coming up..but OHH and i get to start dissecting things! that should be fun…

anyways.. i should count down till schools over…or at least spring break! whee…cant wait…

2008 sucks…

the negative moments of the year outweigh the positive moments.. which was probably only one (my trip to NC–or maybe 2, my cousin gettin married BUT i didnt even go!)..

besides that my Grandma had heart surgery, my little arisha had surgery, i got some weirdass 2am phone calls with “threats”? and my Daddio also had heart surgery (TODAY!).. ugh.. everythings just going H O R R I B L Y wrong and i dont even need to get started on how much school is stressing me out!

all i know, its time to eat right because having a bad heart is in my genes…

i feel incredibly lonely yet im not really alone.. iono how to describe the feeling but im usually strong and not a needy person..but right now i cant stand it… sad thing is no one ever notices when im feeling down..so whatever.. ill have to get through it like i always do..

ugh cant write anymore.. my eyes are bothering me…
